The naked juice company touts its different juices by family, namely antioxident, bare breeze, probiotic, protein, superfood, and wellbeing. While it is true that Naked Juice is 100% fruit juice, be forewarned that one 15.2 ounce bottle can contain well over 50 grams of sugar (not to mention several hundred calories). If you absolutely despise eating real fruit you can drink these however I recommend only drinking one serving in a single day otherwise you are just loading your body with excess sugar and calories.

For dieters, juice drinks can be dangerous. Loaded with sugar and calories, they aren’t really giving you anything to actually eat. Therefore a person can drink these along with eating full meals and actually end up gaining weight as a result. At least when you eat real fruit you are filling yourself up with food. If you look at some of the fruit listed as ingredients in the Naked Juice drinks, many of them are readily available in the supermarket. You can get them fresh and cut them up yourself, or buy pre-made fruit salads that they make daily at markets like Ralphs. Regular store 100% orange juice is cheaper than Naked Orange Juice and you get a whole big bottle of it.

Keep in mind that real fresh fruit is honestly a better diet choice. You get to eat something (fruit) which might prevent you from eating something else (junk food). And if you do Naked Juice, try to stick to the serving amount to keep the sugar intake in check and change flavors often to get the benefits of the different ingredients. I would say Naked Juice is best for people who despise eating real fruit and never eat real fruit. At least they would then be getting some benefits.
